About me and my practice
I use a person-centred appoach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of each individual. This may mean using a blend of new and traditional approaches. Finding a balance between holistic and clinical modalities, which has enabled clients to tap into their innate ability to foster genuine self-acceptance, self-kindness and self-healing.
My aim to create meaningful connections, empowering others to overcome obstacles, discover their inner resilience and embrace positive change while harnessing powerful techniques.
Person-Centered Counselling considers the individual as a whole, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. It recognises that personal growth involves addressing various aspects of a person's life. Personalised one-on-one counselling sessions to help you address your emotional challenges, set goals, and build a roadmap to a happier, healthier life.
Havening Techniques are a wonderful complement or stand-alone technique that offer a rapid, gentle and an effective approach for helping people overcome anxiety-based problems, such as intermittent panic, stress from trauma, fears, depression, and other related issues are amenable to Havening, instead discovering new emotional freedom.
Clinical Hypnotherapy (face to face sessions only) is a therapeutic process which aims to tap into the subconscious mind to uncover and address underlying issues, promote relaxation, and facilitate positive changes in behavior or perception. Using the power of your subconscious mind through safe and effective hypnotherapy to overcome habits, fears, and phobias, and tap into your inner potential.
My passion for helping others navigate life's complexities is underscored by my unwavering belief in the transformative power of wanting to make positive change, while feeling safe empowered and having the autonomy to choose your own theraputic journey.

Initial Consultation
I offer an initial clarity consultation session of 15 minutes.
During the clarity chat we can talk about the difficulties you are facing and I will explain how we can work together. This time is also for you to seek clarity, so you can ask any questions you have.
All conversations are held in a safe, calm, confidental space.
Fees
Weekly sessions are £40 for each 50 minute session.
I offer an initial clarity consultation session of 15 minutes
When I Work
I work f Monday to Wednesday from 9:00am to 4.50pm with additional hours on Monday to Wednesday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm when prebooked and prepaid.
